Bell County Youth Orchestra is proud to be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, allowing our community to play an even greater role in supporting meaningful orchestral opportunities for young musicians throughout Bell County and the surrounding area.
Donations and sponsorships help BCYO keep participation affordable while continuing to grow the quality and variety of experiences we can offer our musicians.
Community support helps fund:
Affordable student participation and financial assistance for families when needed
Professional music instruction and direction for our young musicians
Concert expenses, including venues, music, equipment, and performance needs
Special musical experiences, such as workshops, guest musicians, community performances, and educational opportunities
Student outreach and recruitment so more young musicians can discover orchestral music
Community events that introduce local children and families to live orchestral music
Future growth and sustainability as BCYO builds a strong youth orchestra program for Bell County
Every contribution helps us create opportunities that extend beyond a weekly rehearsal.
Local businesses and organizations can support BCYO through a full-season sponsorship. Sponsorship opportunities include recognition at our concerts and, depending on sponsorship level, recognition in concert programs, on the BCYO website, through social media, and on BCYO apparel.
By sponsoring BCYO, your business isn't simply advertising to local families. You're helping young musicians develop their skills, work together toward ambitious goals, perform for their community, and experience what they can accomplish as part of something larger than themselves.
You don't have to be a business to make a difference.
Families, alumni, music lovers, and community members are invited to make donations of any size. Donations of $100 or more receive special recognition at BCYO winter and spring concerts as a thank-you for supporting our musicians.
Your support helps make that possible.
